Jose is a Partner at Windrose with over 15 years of consulting experience advising pharmaceutical companies on a broad range of pricing and market access engagements.

Prior to joining Windrose, Jose was a Managing Principal at IQVIA Value & Access Strategy in New York. During his time at IQVIA, Jose led over 400 pricing and market access consulting projects. These projects primarily included early commercial development pricing and access strategy and global launch pricing and access strategy for over 40 drugs, in addition to value propositions and tendering strategies across the EU and emerging markets. Throughout his career, Jose has worked on countless products, including patient and HCP-administered mono- and combination therapies, biosimilars, oncology therapeutics, rare and ultra-rare disease drugs, and other products spanning across multiple therapeutic areas.

In addition, Jose acted as a Managing Director at ClearView Healthcare Partners in New York and as a Director at Campbell Alliance, where he consolidated his expertise in oncology and ultra rare diseases.

Jose holds a PhD in Cellular, Molecular, Structural and Genetic Studies from Columbia University. Outside of work Jose enjoys running, photography, and snowboarding.
