Agatha Cimbalova is a Consultant at Windrose Consulting Group. Based in the London office, she has gained experience in developing strategic pricing and market access recommendations and value proposition assessments for early-to late phase pharmaceutical products. Agatha has also contributed to non-traditional P&MA-related projects, incl. affordability assessments, launch sequence planning, or tendering negotiations.

Agatha has worked across various indications, and global markets, including the US, Europe, Canada and Asia Pacific markets.

Agatha holds a 1st Class MSci from University College London in Cell Biology and prior to joining Windrose gained experience across various sectors through her roles in scientific research, private equity, and media industry.

Outside of work, Agatha enjoys films and history of art and is a sports enthusiast (running, yoga, tennis, golf).
