Mattia Belloni is an Engagement Manager at Windrose Consulting Group. He has experience in strategic pricing and market access for biopharmaceutical assets, helping clients assess the attractiveness of business opportunities and maximize their commercial potential. While advising across a broad range of markets, he has developed a strong expertise in the Italian healthcare system.

Prior to Windrose, Mattia worked as a Life Sciences Consultant at Simon-Kucher & Partners, supporting pharma and biotech manufacturers in strategic decision making and product launches, especially in the oncology, hematology, and neurology spaces. Mattia holds a Medical Degree from Padua University (Italy) and worked as a Research Fellow at Harvard Medical School (Boston, US). As a physician and a scientist, he mainly focused on the management of pediatric cancer patients, on blood cancer biology, and on the development of gene therapy treatments for neurological disorders.

Outside of work, Mattia enjoys motorcycling, hiking, and Caribbean dances, and he's interested in public health and sports nutrition.
