Mark Kohler

Mark is Principal at Windrose Consulting Group with over 10 years of consulting experience in the healthcare industry. Mark has managed projects for pharmaceutical companies covering a variety of global pricing and market access initiatives across a number of disease states. He specializes in value communication and funding and reimbursement assessments for products that could be used in both inpatient or outpatient settings. Mark has extensive experience in cell and gene therapies. In addition to his qualitative research background, Mark has experience designing quantitative surveys and models based on the results.
Prior to joining Windrose, Mark was a Consultant at PriceSpective (now ICON) where he developed experience in evaluating the value and access potential for new products coming to market. In addition to his consulting background, Mark worked at Cephalon in the Hit-to-Lead group of medicinal chemistry. As part of this group, he synthesized novel cores for derivitization and development in the onset of a new research focus for the group.
Mark received his PhD in Synthetic Organic Chemistry from Duke University in 2012. His main areas of research was the development of novel methodologies using organocatalysis and natural product syntheses of biologically active molecules. Mark also holds a BS in Chemistry from Bucknell University.
