Lynn is an Engagement Manager and has been with Windrose for over five years. She specializes in developing commercialization, pricing, and reimbursement strategies across various indications, especially oncology and respiratory diseases. Lynn has experience in creating, testing, and refining value communication materials to support global launch strategies. She has also supported post-launch activities including optimizing commercial launch sequences and designing competitive defense strategies.
Before joining Windrose, Lynn conducted academic research within the Department of Hematology at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, where she co-authored three abstracts and an academic paper.
Lynn graduated from The University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Arts in Health and Societies, concentrating in Health Care Markets and Finance, and a minor in Hispanic Studies.
Outside of work, Lynn enjoys cooking, hiking, and is an avid Cardinal's baseball fan.
