Pamela is a Consultant based in the Luzern office, with broad experience across pricing and market access, launch sequence optimization, and value story development. She has supported clients across a variety of therapeutic areas, including vaccines, rare diseases, oncology, and gene therapies, and has worked across major global markets such as the US, Europe, Canada, Asia Pacific, and Gulf region.

Pamela joined Windrose in 2023 after earning an honors degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Connecticut. She also studied at Université Paris Cité and the University of Zurich, and brings extensive clinical experience from hospitals in the US, Switzerland, France, and Africa.

Having lived and worked in multiple countries, Pamela brings a diverse cultural perspective to her consulting work. Outside the office, she enjoys skiing, golfing, tennis, and exploring new destinations with friends.
