Eric is an accomplished Engagement Manager with over 6 years of strategy consulting experience in pharmaceutical industry, following 8 years of scientific R&D in molecular, cellular, and developmental biology. Based in Philadelphia Office, he has extensive experience in preclinical/early R&D and global clinical development, fact-based market opportunity sizing and early asset forecasting/valuation, indication expansion and growth strategy, commercialization and launch strategy, and pharmaceutical life cycle management post-launch. Eric has a continuous track record in delivering strategic insights and advisory to executive clients across the pharmaceutical and biotechnology value chain, ranging from seed-stage biotech startups to the biggest pharmaceutical companies.

Prior to joining Windrose, Eric worked as a Manager in IQVIA Strategy Consulting, working with early-stage biotech startups and mid-size pharma companies for early asset valuation, pipeline/launch strategy, clinical development and commercialization planning, revenue forecasting, and pharmaceutical life cycle management as part of Enterprise Transformation Strategy team. Before IQVIA, Eric was a Strategy Insights and Planning Consultant at ZS Princeton Office, where he helped big pharma companies in novel target identification and target validation, biomarker strategy, clinical trial optimization, clinical/commercial data strategy and governance, launch strategy, and R&D AI product management as part of R&D Excellence Team. Eric has provided end-to-end strategic advisory services across oncology and immune-oncology, rare disease, and chronic inflammatory therapeutic areas.

Eric holds an MBA degree from Temple University and an M.Sc. in Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology from the University of Pittsburgh, following his B.Sc. in Molecular Biology and Genetics at Bilkent University. As a scientist, Eric also did research internships at Weizmann Institute of Science and Harvard Medical School. Outside of work, Eric enjoys traveling abroad as a globetrotter, exploring archeological excavation sites and world heritage, visiting art museums, and going out for his daily nature walks.
