Windrose Consulting Group is thrilled to welcome Gordon Bache as a Partner in our London, UK office.

Gordon joins us with a remarkable blend of academic achievement and professional expertise that will be instrumental in driving the continued growth of our Life Sciences consultancy.

A passionate commercial leader in the pharmaceutical sector, Gordon brings deep knowledge in precision medicine, oncology, and market access.

His career spans a broad range of relevant roles, including:

  • Pricing & Market Access:

    • Gordon has extensive experience in global market access consulting, having worked with firms such as PAREXEL, HERON, and most recently, ZS. He also held a UK affiliate market access role at Roche, where he focused on engagement with the NHS.

  • Marketing:

    • As a Brand Manager at Roche UK, he led initiatives around comprehensive genomic profiling technologies in oncology.

  • Sales:

    • Earlier in his career, he served as Portfolio Development Manager for Roche in Yorkshire and Humber, supporting a range of oncology products.

Gordon’s academic background is equally as impressive. He holds a PhD in Law from The University of Sheffield, with research focused on the application of regulatory theory to EU medicines regulation. He also holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Strategic Marketing Leadership from Henley Business School.
