Value, Price and Access – Successful Commercialisation of Biopharmaceuticals workshop, held 9 March 2022

Value, Price and Access – Successful Commercialisation of Biopharmaceuticals workshop, held 9 March 2022

On the 9th March Windrose ran a 1-day workshop for the masters students on the Cambridge University MPhil in Therapeutic Sciences course.

The content included ‘Why it’s important to get your P&MA right’, delved into stakeholder decision analysis, the various payer systems & market archetypes, how to optimise the global strategy and communicate value. It was a fast-paced session which ended in a group exercise with students pitching a novel gene therapy to investors.

We had lots of positive feedback from the Cambridge students, including:

“Excellent workshop! The best consulting workshop I've attended on this course, in my opinion. The Windrose team were very competent and knowledgeable on the subject, and having the pricing & market access workshop near the end of our 2nd term really helped consolidate what I've learnt so far about the commercialisation of therapeutics/diagnostic up to this point.”

“Really interesting workshop. A lot of new concepts introduced and I thoroughly enjoyed the topics covered and the process of doing the pitch and slides deck.”

“Amazing wrap up of the week”
