Windrose Consulting Group is excited to announce the promotion of three outstanding team members to Partner level. Each of them has demonstrated exceptional expertise and leadership throughout their careers at Windrose, significantly contributing to our growth and success.
Zameer Merchant
Zameer has been an integral part of Windrose since its inception in 2015, starting as a consultant in the US before relocating to London. Over the years, he has evolved from a top-tier project manager into an innovative leader within the organization. Zameer has played a critical role in establishing Windrose as a leader in global pricing, access and commercialization strategy.
Anais Frappe
Anais joined our London team in 2021 from Boston Consulting Group (BCG). She has cultivated an extensive professional network and earned a reputation as a trusted pricing and market access partner to her clients based on her exceptional problem-solving capabilities. Anais also leads our thought-leadership initiatives and plays a key role in the development of the London team.
Colin Nash
Colin became a member of our Windrose US team in 2021 and brings over 15 years of global pricing and market access experience. He has been instrumental in growing and strengthening several US and global client relationships. As a seasoned life-sciences consulting leader, Colin has enhanced the Windrose team’s training and capabilities, overseeing operations and development of our teams in the US, UK, and Swiss offices.
Zameer, Anais, and Colin have been pivotal in driving Windrose’s growth in recent years, and we are excited to see their continued impact as Partners. Congratulations to all three on this well-deserved achievement!
