New Starters in the UK, January 2025
Windrose Consulting Group is delighted to welcome the newest members to our UK office: Carla Blumen, Ashley Chow, Marnix Rasterhoff, and Jessica Wei. They all bring a wealth of expertise and academic excellence that will strengthen our team.
Carla Blumen
Carla Blumen joins us as an Analyst, bringing an impressive academic background that includes a Masters degree from EDHEC and a Masters in International Healthcare Management from Imperial College London. Carla’s passion for healthcare innovation is evident in her work. While completing her Master’s at EDHEC, she authored a thesis titled “Exploring Patient Perception on AI Implementation in Personalizing Oncological Treatments: Determinants of Acceptability in France.” Carla has also had experience in consulting, with internships at both Capgemini and Accenture. At Accenture in New York City, her internship focused on life sciences. Her experience will undoubtedly add value to our consulting team.
Ashley Chow
Ashley Chow, is also joining as an Analyst, having recently completed her Master’s in Cardiorespiratory Health at Imperial College’s School of Medicine, following a First-Class Honors degree in Physiological Sciences from the University of Bristol. Ashley’s diverse experience includes serving as a Cybersecurity Health Policy Analyst at the Institute of Global Health Innovation and completing a Master’s placement with AstraZeneca. Her understanding of health policy and innovation will be an asset to our clients.
Marnix Rasterhoff
Marnix Rasterhoff brings a strong analytical and financial background to his role as an Analyst. He earned a Distinction in his Masters in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics and graduated with First-Class Honors in Business Management from King’s College London. During his time at LSE, Marnix worked as an Analyst at Castore Consulting, earning the 2024 Team’s Best Analyst Award. Throughout his studies, Marnix completed a summer internship at Gartner and showcased his leadership skills by serving as the President of the King's College London Hockey Club.
Jessica Wei
Jessica Wei joins our new team of Analysts with an exceptional academic and professional background. She holds a Masters in International Health Management from Imperial College Business School and a Biomedical Science degree from UCL. Jessica brings valuable healthcare experience from her role as an Associate Consultant at Trinity Life Sciences; complemented by multiple pharmaceuticals internships across the UK and China, including time at Boehringer Ingelheim and Merck Group.
We are thrilled to have Carla, Ashley, Marnix, and Jessica on board and look forward to the expertise and fresh perspectives they will bring to Windrose Consulting Group.
