Windrose Consulting Group is excited to announce Ken Wilson as a Managing Partner.
Based in Philadelphia, Ken brings over 25 years of experience to his role as Managing Partner at Windrose Consulting Group. His leadership roles span industries (consulting, pharmaceuticals, managed career, consumer products) and functional areas (strategic consulting, brand marketing, pricing, managed care marketing, clinical research, sales, product development) allowing him to bring valuable perspectives to client engagements.
Ken started his career at Johnson and Johnson in product development. He moved to Eli Lilly & Co. in sales and marketing before then transferring over to the managed care organization, PCS (now CVS Caremark) as the Director of Pricing, Contracting and Value Proposition. From there, he served as Brand Director and Customer Marketing Manager at Merck & Co. before accepting a position as a Commercial Strategy Consultant at InVentiv. In 2007, Ken joined PriceSpectlve as Chief of Consulting Operations and Senior Vice President, leading operations growth for global P&MA strategy.
Ken earned his Bachelors of Science in Chemical Engineering degree at Lehigh University in 1985, and his Masters of Business Administration from Duke University in 1992.
