 Roles at Windrose

Partner

Partners are involved in senior client relationship development and management. They collaborate with senior executives to create long-term strategies and develop enduring relationships. Partners take an active role in the leadership of Windrose, developing future leaders and executing the business strategy for the firm. Partners at Windrose are elected to their position.

Principal/Senior Principal

Principals are senior leaders within Windrose and work closely with other Principals and Partners to guide the future of the firm. They are responsible for developing and extending existing client relationships. In addition, they are expected to lead large, complex client engagements and build client relationships. Principals ensure recommendations are high value, credible, and actionable. They are instrumental in developing and mentoring consultants and engagement managers. Senior Principals identify and develop new client relationships.

Engagement Manager/Senior Engagement Manager

Engagement Managers oversee the daily direction of client projects, ensuring the work is on track, delivering clear value, and adhering to budgets and timelines. In addition, they demonstrate subject matter expertise on commercial strategies and global healthcare systems. Engagement Managers contribute to firm-building opportunities, including thought leadership, recruitment, training and mentoring. Senior Engagement Managers participate in identifying, developing and extending client relationships in preparation for the Principal role.

Consultant/Senior Consultant

Consultants lead day-to-day problem-solving activities, including identifying issues, forming hypotheses, developing research methodologies and analytical models, and presenting insights to clients. They have exceptional leadership qualities, including the ability to manage project work streams and coach junior team members. Consultants have a minimum of 3-4 years of relevant experience, supplemented by an advanced degree. In addition, they demonstrate a strong understanding of commercial strategies for life science companies. Senior Consultants manage multiple global projects and take on more leadership roles within the firm.

Analyst/Senior Analyst

Analysts work closely with senior team members on all stages of proposals and client engagements. They collect and analyze primary and secondary research results, develop models, and participate in developing key conclusions and recommendations to clients. Analysts have a strong academic record, excellent problem-solving abilities, communication skills, quantitative skills, and personal maturity. Senior Analysts will have 2-4 years of healthcare experience. Consideration will be given for advanced degrees.
