Adam Foster is an experienced Managing Partner at Windrose Consulting Group. He advises healthcare clients on a broad range of strategic growth initiatives, including global pricing and market access, new product and portfolio commercial strategies, in-licensing / asset acquisition valuations and product life-cycle planning. Adam works closely with clients and his team to ensure high quality in every engagement, and he is personally committed to providing excellent support long after an engagement is completed.
Adam has a rich background in consulting for the healthcare industry. Working first as a Senior Manager for A.T. Kearney, Adam managed client and consultant teams as they developed commercial strategies for healthcare companies. From there, he became the Director of Global Pricing and Reimbursement at Wyeth Pharmaceuticals (now Pfizer), where he was responsible for developing and implementing global pricing and market access strategies. Prior to founding Windrose Consulting Group, Adam was Vice President at PriceSpective (now ICON), where he helped the company grow from 20 to 100 consultants worldwide.
Adam earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Ken Wilson is a Managing Partner at Windrose Consulting Group. He advises clients on a broad range of strategic initiatives with a focus on optimizing the assessment of product value and strategies to capture that value in development, launch and post marketing initiatives. Ken’s passion is to take a leadership and partnering role in high profile engagements where clients can gain the most benefit from his breadth and depth of experience.
Ken’s background provides a valuable breadth of perspective for clients. His leadership roles span industries (consulting, pharmaceuticals, managed career, clinical research, consumer products) and functional areas (strategic consulting, brand marketing, pricing, managed care marketing, clinical development, sales, product development).
Ken began his career in healthcare and pharmaceuticals with Johnson & Johnson in product development. He then worked in sales and marketing at Eli Lilly and Company and in Managed Care Marketing and as a Brand Director at Merck & Co. He spent two years in leading business transformation at PCS (now CVS Caremark) and as a Director of Pricing, Contracting and Value Proposition. He gained valuable exposure to the Clinical Research side of the business as Vice President of Business Development at Novella Clinical (now a division of Quintiles). Over the past 12 years, Ken has been providing consulting services to pharmaceutical biotech companies, first in commercial strategy consulting with InVentiv and most recently as Senior Vice President and Chief of Consulting Operations at PriceSpective.
Ken earned his Bachelors of Science in Chemical Engineering degree at Lehigh University in 1985, and his Masters of Business Administration from Duke University in 1992
Matt Storer is a partner at Windrose Consulting Group and Head of European Consulting Operations. Over the past twelve years, Matt has guided the commercialization strategy of pharmaceutical companies big and small and earned a reputation for high quality, thoughtful and conscientious work. Matt has led over 100 engagements that span all stages of the product life cycle and therapeutic categories in over 30 markets. Matt has a particular interest in launch strategy, global price policy and innovative agreements, as well as in-license evaluation, financial modelling and value communication.
Matt is very hands on in his approach and determined to provide as much value in each engagement as possible. This involves carefully listening to each client to really understand their needs and tailor the work accordingly. It often means moving beyond the simple solution, but results in real insight and high-quality output.
Prior to Windrose, Matt was a Senior Director at PriceSpective (now ICON). As an early member of the PriceSpective team, Matt played a key role in the growth of the company, its processes, practices and team development. Matt started his career at IBM as a business analyst and holds a BSc from Loughborough University (UK) in Business & IT.
